RACE FOR A CAUSE with MetaSport MetaSport believes in sport as a vehicle to empower people and improve lives. We put together premium events that are inclusive, festive and where each athlete is our centre of attention regardless of sporting ability. We seek to provide our athletes and customers the most compelling and enriching experience by offering a challenge that has a powerful meaning.
The finish line is only a milestone on the journey to a better life. Hence our name – Meta = Greek for “Beyond”. This year, we have launched the “Race for a Cause” movement to encourage participants taking part in our events to add meaning to their race by raising money for their chosen cause, be it a registered charity or a private beneficiary. 100% of the funds raised go to the cause.
Some of our most renown events are the MetaSprint Series Singapore, Asia’s largest triathlon festival – the Bintan Triathlon, IRONMAN 70.3 Bintan and our epic cycling event – the Tour de Bintan.
