Having trouble with your shifting? Picked up a flat in the middle of Mandai and have no idea how to change your tube? Flying to Phuket and don't know how you're going to get your bike there?
If you are still a rookie at cycling, or just never had the chance to learn how to take care of your bike by yourself, our workshops will teach you how to treat your bike well and make your investment last longer.

*We have a bike ride for all levels every Saturday from 7am to 9am, leaving from (and finishing at) the SPE track. If you are interested in the bike workshop, we recommend that you join the ride prior to the workshop. |

• Tyre Changing
Essential for cycling survival, don't let changing a tube or a tyre intimidate you again. Learn the art of changing spare tubes and tyres.
• Bicycle Turning
Fix those gear-skipping problems by yourself at the end of the session. Learn what you can and what you can't tune, what you should or should not be tuning.
• Bicycle Maintenance
Scrub-a-dub-dub! Learn how to get rid of all that gunk on your chain, and give your bike's body looking good as new the Bicycle cleaning workshop. Learn how often you should clean, and the small things you can do to make your bike last longer.
• Bicycle Packing
Learn how to pack your bike in a bike-case or a cardboard box for your next overseas training camp or race. |
