- Our group sessions cater for all levels and abilities with a different program for different levels.
WE COVER THE DIFFERENT ASPECTS OF CYCLING TRAINING:
If you are new to cycling, we recommend that you join in the Saturday morning bike ride.
This session focuses on technique and strength development.

• Biking skills, both pedaling skills and handling skills will be developed – more economical pedaling leads to more speed for less effort while better handling skills will allow you be more efficient in corners while, at the same time, being safer. |

- Endurance and race specific preparations
If you have some basic cycling fitness and can ride comfortably without stopping for 1.5 to 2 hours, you are welcome to join our Sunday ride.
This session focuses on aerobic development and consists in 60-90km rides. The rides occasionally get longer to further develop your endurance, and in preparation for specific races, the intensity increases.
