WHAT IS YOUR LEVEL?

• Swim beginners
- able to swim at least 100m front crawl without stopping
• Swim intermediate
- able to swim 750m front crawl without stopping
• Swim advanced
- Able to swim 1500m front crawl without stopping

Our group sessions cater for all levels and abilities with different coaches and lanes allocated to different swimming levels.
So, whatever your level is, you will be swimming with people of a similar level.
The main stroke practiced during our sessions is freestyle.

Apprehensive of Open Water swimming?
Our Saturday Open Water session will help you overcome your apprehension (a common reaction to open water swimming) and teach you how to adapt your swimming style to open water swimming while building your confidence. Read more on open water swimming.
