Kids Training

Children will be exposed to a wide variety of activities to develop fundamental physical movement skills to allow then to gain an appreciation for Triathlon and Multi-sport.
Some of the key focus points of the training are:

  • Technical skill development
  • Race strategies, transition pratice and race preparation
  • Skill development and stroke correction
  • Have Fun!
  • Running Technique (body position, proper running form, footstrike)
  • Water Safety Awareness (Swimming Pool and Open Water)
  • Other tips and tricks from the coaches

We aim at providing the right combination of structure and skill development while keeping the training entertaining, interactive, and fun with the occasional inclusion of games designed to develop specific skills such as hand-eye coordination, team play and body awareness in a fun environment.
