WHY PERSONAL CONSULTING?
Get the most out of your training with a personal service that will help you set your goals, and surpass them!
A personal consultation session is an opportunity for an athlete to get some objective feedback on some part of their training. There are many reasons to schedule a personal consultation. Examples can include:

• Review of training schedule
• Review field test results
• Construct a annual / monthly / weekly training plan* leading to a specific race
• Basic nutrition review and planning
• Review of strength training plans
• Technique sessions in run and bike

Whether you are getting into or getting serious in the sport of triathlon, it can be quite a task trying to manage three different disciplines, juggling jargon like base training, tempo runs and lactate threshold, and for many, working a full-time job.
Personal consulting is for anyone who needs help with their training. Not all athletes need continuous day-to-day coaching but a regular consulting session can put your current training into context with regard to the races you have planned and your goals.
Consulting can also take the form of a technical session for running or biking or can look at a specific area of your training such as strength training or nutrition.
We charge $120 for a one hour consultation with one of our senior coaches.
*Note that the consultation fee does not include a detailed training plan but only guidelines to build your own training plan. A written and customized training plan can be purchased separately following the consultation.
