Kids and Youth

It’s all about Kids!  Fun, Fitness, Friends, Confidence.

MetaSport’s Kids and Youth Triathlon Training offers sessions for ages 8-11 and 12-15 years. We have experienced coaches and kids specific sessions, tailored with growing bodies in mind.  We introduce kids to swimming and running in a fun way, with weekly sessions that build fitness and skills that are integral to other sports such as football, netball and rugby.

MetaSport Kids and Youths will be exposed to a wide variety of activities to develop fundamental physical movement skills.

Some of the key focus points of the training are:

  • Pool and Open Water Swim Confidence
  • Swimming Technique and Stroke Development
  • Running Form, Endurance and Speed
  • Race Preparation and Practice

We aim to provide the right combination of structure and skill development, while keeping the training entertaining, interactive, and fun.
