At MetaSport, marketing is about promoting sport to as many people as possible, as a vehicle to a better life.

We are looking for an experienced marketing manager who shares our vision and whose experience and drive translates into revenue growth and a high level of customer engagement. Being result oriented is essential.   

Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a small team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities using the latest digital technologies and platforms, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.


  1. Job scope
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish
  • Provide pricing, revenue forecasts and budgets
  • Monitor sales and provide sales reports
  • Manage content development for all advertising and communication assets, including print, digital, and video
  • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks
  • Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies
  • Work closely with the Partnership Manager to provide value to partners and sponsors
  • Negotiate third-party partnerships to increase our marketing reach in a cost-effective manner
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of your marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to senior management
  • Develop, implement, and document appropriate processes and methodology, and use suitable marketing tools to improve productivity and efficacy
  • Take on operational responsibilities related to the event execution in the lead-up to events and on event days / week
  • Assume other ad hoc duties as required


  1. Requirements
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Result oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to take full accountability for the marketing department
  • Outstanding ability to think both creatively and strategically
  • Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software
  • Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Well-versed in performance marketing٫ conversion٫ and online customer acquisition
  • Ability to foster strong client relationships at various levels
  • Ability to manage a close-knit team and drive them to achieve departmental targets
  • Good organizational & time management skills that enable deadlines to be met
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Understanding of endurance sport industry a plus
  • Willing to work on weekends and outside normal work hours as required
  • Willing to work from home
